Grounded in an Indian emic understanding of our past and present to build the future, we are already shipping concrete artifacts (e.g., PARAM-1 (2.9B), Patram (7B) for documents, A2TTS/Sooktam/Shrutam for speech, and the Bharat Data Sagar multimodal repository) and turning them into trustworthy, measurable systems.

We seek Directors to lead R&D and Engineering in specific areas; Heads to build 25–40-person orgs; Principal/Staff Research Scientists and Applied Scientists; Research/ML/Systems Engineers for training and inference at scale; Platform/SRE and Distributed Systems engineers; Data Engineers/Stewards; Linguists and Annotation/Rater Ops leads; Product/Program Managers; and senior, mid-level, and junior engineers, including new grads and interns.
